All the candidates seeking admission to the Undergraduate (UG) courses are required to fill online Admission Form.

Most Important Instruction

  • Applicants who do not have a valid E-mail id must create an e-mail id before proceeding.
  • The applicant needs to keep this e-mail ID handy because it will be required to access her account on the portal as well as for all the future correspondence throughout the whole admission process.

Filling of Application form

  • Step 1: Applicant should submit the Application Form of B.A., B.Sc. and B.HSc., BCom. Application/Prospectus Fee is Rs.700/-
  • Step 2: After submitting the online Application Fee applicant will get a receipt of online Application form with a Transaction ID.
  • Step 3: After submission of Application form student will get a copy of form on their mentioned E-Mail id.

Merit List Generation

  • When the Application form submission date is over college generates the merit on cutoff marks got in intermediate accordingly and post it on college website and also display it on College Notice Board.
  • Applicant must see their name in merit list with their cutoff marks on intermediate basis.

Counselling & Verification of Documents

Applicants have to come to college for Document Verification & Counselling on date/time provided in merit list respectively.

  • Self Attested copy of Online Application form Fee receipt.
  • Self Attested copy of Online Application form
  • One Passport size Photo
  • Original Character certificate.
  • Aadhar Card Original & a Self Attested photo copy.
  • High School Mark sheet Original & a Self Attested photo copy.
  • High School Certificate Original & a Self Attested photo copy.
  • Intermediate Mark sheet Original & a Self Attested photo copy.
  • Intermediate Certificate Original & a Self Attested photo copy.
  • Original Cast/Category Certificate & a Self Attested photo copy.
  • Original Weightage/ Reservation Certificate & a Self Attested photo copy.
  • Original Transfer Certificate (countersigned by DIOS if candidate is from outside of Lucknow district) & a Self Attested photo copy.
  • Original Center Certificate (In case of Private candidate Center Certificate issued by Center superintendent) & a Self Attested photo copy.
  • Original Gap Certificate (if required) & a Self Attested photo copy.

Final Admission Fee Submission

  • After successful Document verification & Counseling Applicant will get the Permanent STUDENT ID from college
  • Student should submit the admission fee on IOB Portal with given link on College website using their STUDENT ID within 72 Hrs after Counseling.
