Admission Procedure

All the candidates seeking admission to the Undergraduate (UG) courses are required to fill online Admission Form.

Applicants who do not have a valid E-mail id must create an e-mail id before proceeding.
The applicant needs to keep this e-mail ID handy because it will be required to access her account on the portal as well as for all the future correspondence throughout the whole admission process.

Step 1: Applicant should submit the online Application Fee of Rs:-600/- on IOB Portal with given link on Colleges website.
Step 2: After submitting the online Application Fee applicant will get a receipt of online Application form with a Transaction ID.
Step 3: Applicant should fill the online Application form of B.A, B.Sc, B.Hsc with given link on College website using their Transaction ID of online Application Fee receipt.
Step 4: After successful submission of online Application form student will get a copy of form on their mentioned E-Mail id.

Based on the intermediate marks merit list will be generated and published on college website.
Applicants need to visit the website regularly as any personal intimation regarding admission will not be conveyed.

Applicants have to come to college for Document Verification & Counselling on date/time provided in merit list respectively.

Original Transfer Certificate (countersigned by DIOS if candidate is from outside of Lucknow district) & a Self Attested photo copy.
Original Center Certificate (In case of Private candidate Center Certificate issued by Center superintendent) & a Self Attested photo copy.
Original Gap Certificate (if required) & a Self Attested photo copy.

After successful Document verification & Counseling Applicant will get the Permanent STUDENT ID from college
Student should submit the admission fee on IOB Portal with given link on College website using their STUDENT ID within 72 Hrs after Counseling.

The instructions related to the admissions given here are as per the Rules & Regulations of the University and State Government, Uttar Pradesh.
Gap Certificate: If there is gap in taking admission after Intermediate, then an affidavit certified by the Notary on Rs. 10.00 Stamp paper has to be submitted at the time of admission.
The detailed information of the admission procedure will be displayed on College website. Candidates are advised to keep visiting the College website regularly for announcements, notices and updates, because no separate individual information shall be sent to any prospective candidate.
After declaration of the merit list a copy of the list will be displayed on the College website. The candidate herself will find her merit number from the merit list. The merit list will not be published in the newspaper.
The Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes candidates originally belonging to Uttar Pradesh will be given the benefit of reservation. Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes candidates of other states will be treated as general
Fees deposited at the time of registration will not be refunded under any circumstances.
As directed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, action will be taken against the students who indulge in incidence like ragging during studentship.

The College reserves the right to change or amend the admission rules at any time without prior notification.
If any candidate gets admission on the basis of false information/improper means or on the basis of false mark-sheet/certificates, his/her admission will be treated cancelled from the beginning and legal action will be taken against her under IPC.
Admission will be done purely on Merit basis.
If two or more candidates have secured equivalent marks/rank in the merit Index, then the merit for admission will be determined as follows:
If the marks secured in qualifying exam are the same in such cases first preference will be given to the candidate who has secured higher percentage of marks at High School or equivalent examination.
If the marks obtained at the High School or equivalent examination are also the same, then in that case the older candidate will be given priority.
